On April 26, 2019, the Managing Director of Socomec, Benoit Le Chatelier and his board of managers Thierry Mounier and Muhammad Firman visited Climanusa™ headquarters in Citypark Business District, Cengkareng, West Jakarta. It designated the official appointing from Socomec to PT Climanusa Tata Mekadata as the authorized distributor of UPS Socomec Brand in Indonesia.
On his arrival in Indonesia and meeting with Director of Climanusa™, Mr. Vincent Nikolas, Benoit explained what fields were focused by Socomec. “So Socomec has been since 100 years, has been involved in areas where energy matters and where electrical power is critical. And the typical application are for example data center where energy extremely important. Infrastructure application for example metro, for example airports, hospital, or electrical power where safety reliability is very important.”
He also explained the main values that were the strength of Socomec. “What would be our strong point is I believe number one is innovation. We have been bringing to the market over 100 years a lot of new concepts, new features, and new technology.
I believe number two strong point is quality. We have very robust quality processor and equal out of 10 factories around the world. We reach try to bring the maximize quality level.
And very very important for Socomec the third point would be service. We have a very very strong network of service engineers. We rely a lot on our partners service network also and we try to bring the highest service to our customers.”
Socomec chose Climanusa as a partner in Indonesia because of its compatibility and a number of other reasons. Benoit said, “First I think Climanusa has a strong experience in a segment which are important to Socomec, number one be in data center, right, and also government.
Climanusa also long experience recognize track record in UPS, which is obviously important range product for us.
I think the third point probably that Climanusa according to our impression has good coverage of Indonesian main cities, directly or through the partners.
Climanusa seems also to have a very solid experience of managing projects and UPS.
The last thing is Climanusa has a strong team of experience service engineers which fits very much with our strategy.”
